Exactly the same as previous buyer. Sent items back, company did not acknowledge receipt. Then, when asked, acknowledged the return. Refund mysteriously cancelled, company blamed PayPal and me opening a case against them but unfortunately for them I have proof that I only opened the case after they cancelled my refund. Refused to communicate with PayPal or voluntarily give any refund. Case ongoing but I wouldnt touch them with a barge pole. Update; had to wait for PayPal to adjudicate in my favour after company refused to cooperate with them.

Dreadful company - avoid. I spent 1,173 with them and the quality of the delivered drawer was bad. It was badly welded and I sent them photos and they claimed it was meant to be welded at an angle. I sent it back for a refund. They then kept making excuses why they had not refunded me, like claiming I did not send the keys back (I sent them another photo showingthe keys taped securley to the packaging. They eventually refunded me through PayPal and then cancelled the refund. They then claimed they knew nothing about the refund being cancelled and would sort it out. That was three weeks ago. I raised a paypal dispute which they ignored completely. I am going to start a County Court claim to try and get my 1,173 back. Update 23/7/18: Company refunded me once they realised I was serious about fighting them to get my money back. They then tried to claim that I had caused the delay by starting a PayPal dispute ( 2 weeks after they cancelled the payment - strange eh?). I had sent them a couple of emails asking for my money back, but they did not respond so I could see benefit in calling them - is email not good enough these days? Got a very nasty email from them - while this response makes them look nice this is what they said to me on a private email: "...you would rather hide behind an e-mail rather than talk in person. I am now glad that this is resolved and I sincerely hope that I never have the misfortune to speak with you again." Nice people eh? In the meantime I bought a very similar drawer (without the badly welded side) from a company called Adventure Hire for less than half the cost of one from Mobile Storage Systems.
