Loved every minute: Keira was a great guide; Blaze looked after his rider; I can't wait for my next adventure!

Disappointing. I had booked a 2 hour hack for myself and mum at 10am with the view of making a monthly occurrence of it. The afternoon before hand my car broke down in York with no possibility of making my lesson. My mum called and left a message, I called and left a message and also emailed. All asking for someone to call me back so we could organise something. Which didnt happen. I appreciate there is a 72 hour cancellation window, however there are some things out of customers control. I wasnt asking for a refund just the possibility of a postponement, it could have been the same afternoon. Which would have given me the possibility of finding a way to get over. Something that could have been discussed on the phone. All I received from the riding centre was an email saying postponement wasnt possible and Id be forfeiting the 100. I hope the money is better than repeat business.

Great first ride here, good opportunities for a few canters and it was almost totally off road! The guide was great and got me talking despite how quiet I was at the start, thanks again!

Been coming here regularly for about a year now and I absolutely love it. The staff are all lovely, as are the horses. The views and the countryside are stunning, especially when the trees start turning in the autumn. Rarely need to go on a road, all the main routes are through forest, fields or the moors. Can't recommend highly enough.
