Today is the 10th of March 2023 and what a covering of snow we had... Feet not inches up here. Yet the day after ordering our kiln dried logs they were delivered to within feet of our door, Fantastic service.

Moved to Thirsk 3 years ago and one of my presets was a log burner introduced to Billly and the team, best move ever. I'm a stickler for both way customer service and you get it 100% never let me down and honest and truthful. I wouldn't use anyone else.. if your new to the area need advice and some damb good logs,,, he's your man. Can't rate high enough. Superb

Just got our logs for winter, and as usual perfect service, the logs are always delivered in a tonne sack with Velcro around it, so if you over order you can easily store them in the bag. The logs themselves are bone dry, I put a moisture meter on them and they are more dry than cls that you buy from the builders merchants for building stud walls. Lighting them is effortless, and they burn so clean and hot with very little ash. Weve used billy for 5/6 years now and wouldnt get logs anywhere else, top man and top service Thanks

Great service, I ordered around 3.00pm and the logs were delivered just after 7.00pm that evening. Billy dropped them at the top of my driveway, Good price and excellent service. I will definitely use again. Nice to see that some companys still give quality service. Thanks.

I cannot stress enough how good these guys are. The quality of the logs is incredible, they burn super hot and long. More than that though the customer service is excellent. We had a heating system breakdown and I called asking for logs ASAP, my call was answered despite Billy being on holiday and he and the rest of the team could not have been more helpful, my logs arrived within a couple of hours. Absolutely top service!
