I have attended the Restore your Pelvic Floor 12 week course. It was fantastic. Rosie is incredibly knowledgable, kind and patient and I looked forward to each session. It teaches new ways to be aware of your body and how we can change long learned habits to have healthier movement and bodies. I enjoyed the gentle approach and pace and would highly recommend it for anyone looking for an alternative to a traditional fitness class.

I really enjoyed my session with Rosie. It was so helpful and really got me thinking. It was great to see how I can incorporate some really simple movements into my everyday life to help with the strains on my body. Some of the techniques she showed me I now use to warm up before running as I hadn't really thought about why I was doing the 'warm ups' I was doing and why they would be useful before but she asked sensible questions and showed me ways to help the appropriate muscles. Rosie has a lot of experience and was able to share it with me in a relaxed and helpful manner. Thank you Rosie.
