Ordered wine on the 18th April. I recieved an acknowledgement the following day then nothing since. I have left messages and sent numerous emails but no response. Be cautious with this company, I have contacted my bank for a refund.!

Helen specifically went above and beyond for me, hence this review. The company couldn't source the wine in time for a specific birthday present, so she arranged the order via a competitor and had it shipped to me next day delivery, doing all the work for me. In this day and age where many companies don't seem to care about customer service that much she was brilliant and her actions will make the birthday all the more enjoyable. Thank you Helen.

Very helpful staff- I needed my order to arrive very promptly as a gift and they accelerated the aquisition and postage of the bottle at no extra cost. Much appreciated.

shocking service... placed order 25th October, Still awaiting delivery 4th November... No proactive communication from company, i have sent two emails asking for delivery dates and the first reply was we are awaiting the stock to come to us, this was after a week... Customer service at its best... NOT. I have placed my first and last order
