Purchased my car from them , cheapest and best deal I could find, although it was a 3 hour train journey it was worth it. They kindly collected me from the station, they were very polite and helpful throughout the whole experience. The car was immaculate inside and out, I could not fault them at all. If I purchase another car in the future I will be checking them first. Thanks to everyone at group 1 Halisham branch love the car

I bought a 2 year old Audi RS5 from here. Had quite a few issues with the car, for example the brakes. When the car initially came into advantage they replaced key elements, but failed to address the issues their mechanic advised and sold the car onto me without completing the advisorys. Silly things like replacing the pads on the car but leaving the old knackered warped discs on, usually both are replaced at the same time. This car is reasonably high performance with 0-60 in under 4 seconds, I kinda want the brakes to work. I won't post what was originally explained to me by Sam (salesperson) as he can't defend himself, but it was holy unacceptable. After a lot of phone calls / emails they agreed to complete the work, however I know for sure if I hadn't laid my hands on the mechanics report for the car they would not have paid the 2k to rectify these issues. But eventually they did so 4* review for doing the right thing, though I'm sure it's because they really had to. It may have been an anomaly but I'd be very cautious in the future. If your planning on buying a car from these guys ask to see the engineers report on the vehicle its very telling and I can't fault the mechanic team for their honesty. Hence the 4* review, sales however need to learn to accept responsibility and the hit on their profit margin should they inadvertently source a banger.

Super easy to deal with. I was planning on part exchanging my fiat 500 however on the way to do this the car broke down. Taylor helped me every step of the way to get my 2015 polo despite the difficult situation. Many thanks Jack
