        Not good I haven't had a price for my mustang v8 coupe overdrive to be fitted and that was 5 weeks ago???

        Based on this companies good reviews, we decided to wait in line for two months for Alders to repair our transmission. Despite the job being booked in and collection details emailed over as requested, the collection date came and went and we still have a transmission on the floor in our workshop. Whoever is picking up the phone there sounds like they couldn't care less. We had been promised an "emergency" call back to get this resolved but it never came. We've just been left wondering what is happening. This sadly appears to be a case of someone taking on more work than they can handle. This company cost us two months of our time. Very disappointing. I would advise anyone else waiting in line to consider shopping around. In our case, all confidence has been lost with this company.
