Sussex Pianos Ltd

I'm quite shocked at being stood up and then ignored by this company. I received cancellation at 5 minutes notice having already rearranged my schedule to accommodate theirs and then no attempts to reschedule or make up for it in any way. They have a lot of good reviews so I suppose if they turn up, they must be good, but given how long the wait time is for piano tuners and how rudely my messages and calls were ignored, I feel I have to warn others of the terrible lack of professionalism I've encountered here - very disappointed!

John T has looked after our 85 year old Bluthner Grand for nearly 3 decades. He and his team have just completed a major French polishing refurbishment and we are both amazed and delighted at the standard of craftsmanship. Thank you to you and your team. Ive been looking for a piano for several months, I came across Sussex pianos by Recommendation by a friend. I was very impressed by the range of pianos they have on display, and the knowledge of the staff who served me. I left with a piano that suited my needs perfectly. Thank you Sussex Pianos for helping me through this whole process. Highly recommended.
