He and his team have just completed a major French polishing refurbishment and we are both amazed and delighted at the standard of craftsmanship. Thank you to you and your team.         Ive been looking for a piano for several months, I came across Sussex pianos by Recommendation by a friend. I was very impressed by the range of pianos they have on display, and the knowledge of the staff who served me. I left with a piano that suited my needs perfectly. Thank you Sussex Pianos for helping me through this whole process. Highly recommended.

        I'm quite shocked at being stood up and then ignored by this company. I received cancellation at 5 minutes notice having already rearranged my schedule to accommodate theirs and then no attempts to reschedule or make up for it in any way. They have a lot of good reviews so I suppose if they turn up, they must be good, but given how long the wait time is for piano tuners and how rudely my messages and calls were ignored, I feel I have to warn others of the terrible lack of professionalism I've encountered here - very disappointed!
