        We visited Kool Classics for our first service on our Eriba Troll 530. What a fantastic service we received from our first arrival to to picking it up. Clare and Pete were super and its rare to fund people so passionate about what they do. Pete is a font of knowledge and was happy to share hints and tips about keeping our Eriba in tip top condition. Clare is such a lovely person whereby you start speaking to her and she make you feel like you have been friends for years. It was a pleasure not a chore going to Kool Classics and we are already booking our service for next year. Really pleased with the service and price but also the advice given out from these passionate Eriba enthusiasts. Thank you Kool Classics and see you both again soon.

        I contacted Koolclassics to obtain some retaining clips for the pop up. Clair immediately offered they could fit them and would be prepared to do the habitation service as well. We had bought the Eriba privately and it was amazing to have Claire offering the service of her company. My experience has always been that dealers dont offer their service unless you bought the caravan from them. I was absolutely delighted with Claire and Petes thouroughness, and Eriba specific knowledge and were very patient with answering all my questions. I will continue to use them and would highly recommend them.

        Claire & Peter are a mighty duo, efficient, thorough, friendly and brave! (Peter disturbed a spiders nest in our heater and Mum spider had a go at Peter. The Hesters working now!) They went above and beyond in their service. We left with renewed confidence in our Eriba Rockabilly & will definitely re-book for next years service.

        Have used Kool Classics a couple of times for servicing our Eriba. Can recommend Claire and Pete - both very knowledgeable about all things Eriba - old and new - it's definitely worth a trip to East Sussex.
