    First order and no confirmation of order, never answers the phone, never replies to emails avoid , all bad reviews recently, no good, having to report a fraudulent site to bank for full refund, disgraceful service

    I have used this company for almost a year now . The odd flaw in the order but nothing to worry about . However this recent order was completely wrong and I have yet to speak to a member of staff . Their phones are not working . They have not answered their emails . This is not good customer service. Shame

    Regular customer but likely will have to take my custom elsewhere. Placed my regular order, spent over 56 and only received 46 worth of the order! Four items missing totally 10! This isnt the first time Ive had items missing from an order, but I continued using this company as I know mistakes do happen. However this is happening far too often when I order now. Called them as soon as I received my order at 3.40pm on 1st June and was on hold for 30 minutes before giving up as it was clear that no one was there despite still being the afternoon. I left a message asking where the rest of my order is and would it come in a separate delivery? No response and now they are closed for the jubilee weekend. One of the items I wanted for my dog this weekend, and now I do not have it. Also it is a frozen item so if its in transit to be delivered next week it will be ruined. I have been charged the FULL amount too and this has been taken from my bank. Really poor service. If you dont have the items in stock, or you have sent it in two separate deliveries then you need to communicate this to your customers so that they know what to expect. I refuse to believe that someone accidentally missed off four different items. And if you dont have the items why are you charging me for them? I can only hope that the missing items arrive next week, but really that isnt good enough service, as I ordered for next day delivery, and therefore I expected next day delivery. EDITED TO ADD REPLY: I called again today (6/06/22) to find out what has happened to this order, as no one has replied to my voicemail from 01/06/22. I was told today that the receptionist was out and she would call me back in 30 minutes. No one called me back. I then called back 4 times from 2.30pm-4.10pm and each time I was on hold and gave up. Youve said it was an issue with the delivery being sent..so what happens now are you going to send it or refund me? Im still minus my items with no answer to my issue other than to download the DPD app!
