Richard is professional, knowledgable, and very aware that these items are very precious to their owners. He really understands what you would like to achieve. He did exactly as I requested, wanting to keep my horse as authentic as possible but at the same time restoring the damage that had occurred over the years. Respect given to his age and old patina . Absolutely thrilled with his finish and hes now safe and looking grand ready to be ridden by the grandchildren and hopefully can go on for another 100 years

Sent my darling Dobbin to Kensington to be fully restored after spending a few years in the loft - he has been utterly transformed into a new pony!!! Cannot rate them highly enough. Utterly magic!!
