A great place to stay if you want to explore the Craven District. It's a well-equipped and cosy cottage with easy access to the major routes in the area. We spent a week here in early October, and endured quite significant rainfall, which led to the local rivers and waterfalls running at very high levels, which gave us some spectacular views. The cottage is also only about 100 yards from Hellifield Station which has regular trains running both north and south. Would definitely stay here again. Having looked at other reviews for this property, I have to say that I find it objectionable for Mr. Lee Carter to post a review here, as he is the owner of the cottage. Perhaps his view is not unprejudiced.
