        Start your walk at any of the access points, its all lovely, the over hanging trees, the open medows, the river beside you. Walk up or down the trail. I mostly start from up on the Moors.

        Flat, easy walking or cycling but too busy with lycra-clad cyclists with no bells sometimes, and very .busy during school holidays. Quieter at Poleys Bridge end. Good cafes along the trail and several parking areas as well as Padstow and Wadebridge.
