Booked in my FIL's Spitfire as it was very tired and needed some attention.
50+ years will do that.
Tim inspected the car and gave a very comprehensive list of all the work that needed done and an estimate. And it was a lot of work.
We agreed to the work and he got in touch two weeks later to let me know it was done. An incredible turn around time.
And bang on the estimate as well.
Picked the car up and the work was immediately obvious. It went from running and handling like a pig to being tight, smooth and a gem to drive.
He'd also fixed and undone various dodgy bodges from previous owners and 'mechanics'.
Will absolutely be returning to Tim for any follow-up work in the future.
