Nikki very kindly helped with a fabulous birthday cake at very short notice and decorated in the style requested. The vanilla sponge was soft and very tasty with a salted caramel 'sauce' between the 4 layers and amazingly soft buttercream all over. I would definitely recommend Nikki and will definitely be ordering again.

We absolutely loved the cakes that we have had from the good bake Co. ! We ordered 2 Christmas cakes, these were rich and made a brilliant gift for my family . We also ordered a selection of 6 different cakes. The hot chocolate bomb so really good fun to eat and made the hot milk taste so good. Such creativity in these designs and also a good quality bake.

Nikki at @thegoodbakecompany created a 3 tier birthday masterpiece for our daughters 16th; the vanilla sponge cake was beautifully moist and studded with M&Ms (daughters favourite treat). The filling was a rich dark chocolate flavour all wrapped in dark chocolate ganache and then Swiss buttercream elegantly decorated with hand made floral accents and a marble effect in shades of rose gold, finally who could forget the mini macarons adding a twist to the design. Absolutely beautiful and will be ordering again.
