Scones plates and serving tongs at end of counter so put one on a plate and was told actually we get them for you 'luvvie' so left it on the counter and when the server had made the tea both scone and tea was placed at end of counter with a shout of tea and scone so then you have to get up from your table to go and collect it, seems odd way to do things
Apart from this maybe petty observation the centre is well worth another visit
