Arranged for B&B to come out and give me a quote for some tree crowning. Despite the fact that they are local to me, they failed to turn up on two occasions to do this. On the first occasion they even contacted me to apologise for not turning up, and to reschedule for later on that day. Guess what? They never turned up the second time, nor did I hear back from them! I can only assume they have more work on than they can handle, or that their administration is not up to scratch. I subsequently found another contractor who did the job for me.
