We have just moved into our beautiful Oakford Home. So far so good. The few teething problems we had with the house were sorted pretty much same day, and the customer service has been excellent! It certainly beats the updating and issues we have had with our previous second hand houses, with no option but to roll up our own sleeves to get the jobs done. With just an email or phone call, we have had any issues sorted by a lovely bunch of tradesmen. What luxury! :) Service: New construction services

I have just moved into a the development in Henley-on-Thames and I really love my nice new flat. Oakford homes have been really helpful throughout the process and nothing was too much of a problem, I really appreciated their help throughout the buying process too. The flat itself is finished to a high standard with quality goods installed and Henley-on-Thames is a beautiful location, I'm chuffed.

APOLOGIES: this review appears under the name of a friend; My name should have appeared: HARVEY TORDOFF. ********** We bought the show house on a small development in Midhurst in 2017. The houses look good but problems for many of our neighbours started arising with the stuff you cant see. Our problem was the drainage system. After a few months we noticed a bad smell in the house, which was traced to the chamber in the yard where three pipes met and where toilet waste was collecting and backing up under the house. Oakford sent men out on a number of occasions, with several suggestions as to the cause and the remedy but the problem remained. Throughout the summer I had to flush the waste away every week with a hose-pipe. I reported the matter to NHBC who asked Oakford for their opinion and Oakford told them the system was functioning normally. By the time we got to the second summer I had had enough and brought in someone else. It cost me 3,224 to have a bigger chamber installed and the drains re-laid. If you buy an Oakford property dont expect them to put things right.

We extensively investigated the problem in Anita Dunne's garden for Oakford Homes and it proved to be the irrigation system in the adjacent garden which was the cause of the hole filled with water & the dying plants.
