April 2023 This pharmacy store has undergone some staff changes (including the chemist) in the last two months. The service has notably changed in this period and you should expect to wait up to 45 minutes for prescriptions if going in the first hour of opening (8:30-9:30). All staff I encounter are courteous and usually do their best to provide efficient service. The store will surely benefit from acquiring a permanent pharmacist on staff as they currently rely on several locums in this respect. Naturally, each individual has their own style and it is this use of locums that might be frustrating for people who frequent the store. All in all though they remain (IMHO) the more reliable of the two pharmacies operating in Hedon. Dropped to 3* from 4* (2021) pending a more stable presence staff wise.

Just kept the queue waiting long after the advertised opening time. Once in I began to notice very few people were leaving with what they came for. I certainly didnt. A bit shambolic, and I wont be back!

Management rude and seemingly not managing. Never answer the phone, you can ring all day long and it never gets answered. Theyre unable to process prescriptions in any sort of timely fashion and demonstrably dont have enough staff to deal with the demand. Replacing the management would be a brilliant start to improving the store.

Been trying to get through on the phone for 3 days now. Over 190 calls and still nobody answered the phone.
