My flat roof extension was , re - felted by SBR and is beginning to fail.
I was given a 10 yr guarantee with job this about 6 yrs ago.
Lee Briggs came to have a look at this 6 months ago.
I don't think he realised it was an under guarantee job.
But he said he would rectify the problem within a few weeks
He has never called back or contacted me
He won't reply to any of my attempts to contact him. Service: Roof repair
