        I have taken part in the Monday morning keep fit class run by Heidi for over 6 months l really look forward to going to the group every week. Initially l was a little nervous but soon got into the class with lovely people that are easy going and welcoming. When l have attended the class l feel invigorated, refreshed and ready for the week ahead. Taking part in the PATT Foundation charity event was really an honour and a privilege and l hope it raises awareness of a cause that provides a much needed service. Thank you Heidi your happy, caring and enthusiasm shines and radiates positive vibes that are much needed in our community you make a difference in lots of peoples lifes and that's a true gift.
