        I havent been able to get an appointment since before COVID, most days your cant even get to speak to a receptionist. Within 1 hr of the phone lines been open all appointments are already gone.

        The repeat prescription service is rubbish tells you to put in letters from my memorable word then tells me entered it wrong

        Absolutely disgusting, unhelpful, sour faced receptionist. Went in person to make an appointment for appt for bloods as requested by the GP. Was told by the receptionist as she was walking away to the back that she "can't make an appointment, I'll have to ring" where is the logic? How ridiculous is that? Think the whole NHS needs shaking up as at the moment it isn't fit for purpose. I had to give 1 star as there wasn't an option for zero.

        The dispensary is a joke. Awful. People queuing for ages. Even the elderly. Some people have got wrong medication fault of pharmacy and still have to queue
