Finishing Touches Wedding Hire (Appointments Only)

Me and my husband searched for a the perfect wedding decor hire company for quite some time. After visiting many different companies as soon as we walked into Finishing Touches we knew this was the one! They were so welcoming and so kind we placed an order straight away and luckily they were available for our date! Due to covid 2 Years passed and they honoured the same price and no charge for changing the date. They even allowed us to come view the items again to make sure we were happy, we ended up changing our colour scheme and adding more new items to the hire list. On the day we was blown away by how beautiful our venue looked, many guest commented on how lovely it looked! Thank you so much you made our vision a reality! We used Finishing Touches for our wedding in July 2022. As soon as we walked into the showroom I knew we would use them. Adam was so informative and helpful and let us browse at our own leisure. We changed our minds on things and numbers a couple of times which was no problem to them and the cost was great. Our venue looked absolutely beautiful and more than we had hoped. We hired some decor for our wedding- Great service & communication throughout, nothing was too much trouble. Definitely recommend!

Not happy at all with this service. Tried to charge me almost double what had been quoted due to difficulties and the attitude shown towards us was completely unacceptable in any manner. Not only that but they commented on our poor choice of wedding cake which we both found very disrespectful as this cake meant so much to us both and it was specifically made to present us and our marriage. Their overall attitude towards customers was appealing and the level of rudeness was simply unbearable. Do not recommend!

Absolutly perfect!!! they made my wedding venue look simply beautiful, very helpful and listened to everything i wanted, nothing was to much trouble and they even threw in a couple of little extras at no extra cost. A wonderful team and they are the best in the Midlands without a doubt! oh and their prices cannot be beaten, was shocked at how much cheaper they were compared to others and yet the quality of their decor is second to non!! thankyou so much for making our wedding perfect. from Jane & Lee x
