        Wanted to buy one of their larger homes. But after a site visit and two phone calls the sales rep at Langley park did not have much of a clue. They wanted a 5% deposit almost 20,000 on a house that was not even built, and no show home to view. I wasnt allowed to view the plot. Basically i was buying blind. I would have been a cash buyer as my current home was SSTC. I even offered to reserve with 1000, this was declined. Three weeks later I received a call to say the plot was sold, although website is still showing available. Thats customer service for you (not).
