        They repeatedly cancel due to 'technical issues'. The last time ours was cancelled we'd already been sent the details including registration number of the helicopter. Having looked on Flight Radar - it was in fact down in Cambridge doing city tours and not in Newcastle. They have ridiculous policies too so we're pretty stuck. I'd avoid this company ...
