        Drive through customers had priority over walk-in ones. It wasn't until I literally had to raise my voice before I got served. There was one other customer inside and I said if those customers in the drive-through were behind me, I should've been served by now. Five staff members dealing with drive-through only no staff it seemed wanted to deal with walk-ins. Nightmare. Would've been quicker to pop to McDonald's nearby. I will never go there again.

        I tried to use my discount card and was looked at like I was trying to hold it up there was a weird atmosphere and I lost my bank card too quick update be careful at this one I had 7.10 on the app I drove to drive through used it for 1 cappuccino and had .70p left basically they charged me 6.40 for a drink that cost 4.30 they said there's nothing they can do so just be careful don't use the app use your money or card.
