        Ordered a mower blade for next day delivery because I needed it next day. Now two days later still no blade. Poor service.

        Great service by NGM. Highly recommended, after hitting a tree stump with my ride on I took it in and these guys repaired and serviced it. Runs brilliantly now thanks!!

        What an utter waste of my time and expense leaving my mower with NGM!! Firstly I rang them up to see what their work workload was and told 2 weeks, fair enough I thought 2 weeks is reasonable this time of year (May). After 4 weeks on a Monday I contacted them and was told it might be ready for Friday, that did not happen ! then after another week had passed I decided to call in and collect it and take it elsewhere. It was not a big job and it was obvious my mower was being shoved to the back of the shop in favour of work that came in after mine was left with them !!
