Lauren is a knowledgeable, positive and jovial yoga teacher and has a beautiful singing voice for the end of class mantra . She was recommended to me for aerial yoga and i couldn't be more happy, having developed a taste for it whilst on holiday in the Maldives. If you want a fun class i would definitely recommend Lauren

Lauren is a lovely and knowledgeable yoga teacher, who is caring and supportive. I totally loved my first Ariel yoga class with Lauren and now I am hooked!!! She made sure we were all fully supported in our poses and explained and demonstrated them well. I am really excited to be able to return to the Ariel yoga classes and will definitely be a regular attendee! Really hope to train with Lauren at some point in the near future when it is safe to do so. I know and trust Lauren to do the best for her students at every turn.

Yoga with Lauren is the perfect mixture of flow, intensity, relaxation and guided learning about different topics and areas linked to yoga. Lauren makes me find my inner glitter and I shine brighter after her sessions!
