        Very disappointed, two 8 seater taxis arranged that were both cancelled a few minutes before they were meant to arrive. Unfortunately leaving a party of 16 stuck with no transport home, on a freezing cold night. A real shame that Millers reputation has been spoilt since being taken over.

        Booked a taxi via Map My Ride app for the first time and was quoted 6.20. Chose cash option as I like to tip driver. Driver raised charge to 15 for a 2 mile ride at 7.15pm when I had no chance to book alternatives. Went to wrong location and was 20 minutes late. Will never use this service again!

        Now called Cab My Ride. My pre-paid taxi did not arrive and as a result I missed my hospital appointment. I will not be trying to use this company again.
