        I called this taxi firm to get a ride into town and firstly the guy seemed rude, once I told him I needed to get into town from Shirley he said you need to call another number and cut me off, no explanation. I called the number back as was so discussed with the customer service but controller said smugly he will pass on my complaint. Worst customer service ever!
