        Zero customer service, Ash the customer service manager is a pathetic excuse of a human being, he is rude, arrogant and has zero understanding of the consumer rights act. After complaining to the CEO he was put in his place and told to replace my sofa that was dropped by the delivery guys.

        How could they deliver wardrobe WITHOUT THE FIXINGS ? IT is reaping the customers and manipulating and delaying into fitting proces Shame. I am waiting for the fixings.

        Walked in with an aim to buy a sofa today, walked round the whole showroom with no one coming to ask if I needed anything, nor could i find anyone to ask. On my way out an older couple walk in and someone goes straight up to them and asks if there's anything they need help with. Disgusting customer service. Will not shop in there at all now. I'll go next door to sofology
