A big thank you to Paul for completing the install on Wednesday as arranged. He was right on time, very professional and clearly very experienced. Plus he was courteous, polite and personable. As there had not been a site visit to spec. the system there were some things he had to update by getting a couple of additional parts brought in; hence some work had to be done later. Thanks Dave for coming on Friday to do that. He was also timely, very professional and sociable. Overall an excellent job well don, and I'm glad to say the system is working well.

Replacement intruder alarm engineer was excellent. I would just like to give a big shout-out for Paul who was the engineer who installed the replacement system today. He did an excellent job was very knowledgeable and also provided us with all the information and support required to get the system up and running including sorting out access via our phones which will be invaluable. He is a credit to your organisation and I just wanted to say so! I work in customer service and it is a sad fact that most people only contact when something is wrong rather than when something goes well. Hopefully this e-mail goes a small way to redressing that balance? Please pass this onto his line management. Thank you. Regards Pete

This company can be quite hit and miss with the quality of service. The engineers have always been polite but management can be quite unreasonable. Over the last ten years its been a very expensive experience dealing with this company. Unfortunately once you have a system installed maintenance is expensive and you are stuck unless you remove and start again with another company. I would avoid if I had my time again.

Its an allright place but ive been to better places than this but the staff can be freindly sometimes it depends what day you come to cause on diffrent days there are allways moody staff on the same shift
