        I am very upset and disgusted with the way l was treated my dog has been going there for a long time and he is an Old boy now and thay always say how good he is but recently thay cancelled a appointment that was made well in advance for n one few weeks later then had the audacity to ring me and say thay could not do Harvey emy more no apologies or reson l am absolutely disgusted as he is am old boy and l have to get someone else Not Happy

        Avoid at all costs! We took our cockapoo and labradoodle there and instead of giving them the usual "Teddy bear haircut" they decided to shave them!! I thought the groomers would know what they're doing, but they were just careless and lazy. Groom room in Shirley is 100 times better.
