        I have just completed a 10 session course with Becky and my stats have improved massively. I have rediscovered my enjoyment and confidence around exercise. Becky always arrived with a bespoke workout for me. Variety and challenge in each session. The only reason I am not continuing working with Becky is because I want to continue with a gym based PT at present but would not hesitate to recommend her services.
