Formula One Autocentres - Southampton (Hedge End)

I left the car with them for M.O.T They told me to change some parts. After a week I made an appointment to change the parts. I left the car 8.30 am, I was called after 15:30pm by them to say that they don't have parts for the car and to pick up the car the next day. He does not work seriously for the company Formula 1 from Hedge end.Southampton.

Paid for full servicing, received oil and air filter change, car was not road tested nor did i receive a report as "printer is down", and no we cannot email the report either. Rude, unprofessional employees. Expensive lesson for sure. Update: sent complaint email to headquoters, got a a partial refund. Good company, just avoid Hedge End branch

Easy to find the tyre size I wanted, quick and easy appointment booking and payment. Updated review.......thought I needed tyres as MOT due, the guys checked my tyres and were so honest and upfront and said I didn't need any changing, checked the tracking but unfortunatey couldn't adjust it as my car wasn't on there SPEC system, even though its 5 years old. Other than that I was totally a satisfied customer, all the staff were very polite and informative. Would definately reccomend this centre.
