Very bad company. Been waiting for 5 weeks for our tiles and always been told lies after lies. Been told that delivery was put back, then found out that after paying for the tiles, and told they delivered in 3 days. Then found out that the was never even ordered and was basically lied by the members in store. Cost over 300 in paying trade personal, for wasting their time. Worst experience from a store iv ever had!

Ordered some large format tiles early as the sales person indicated that the tiles were going up in price imminently. We had a delay as our first plumber let us down. The tiles were stored in an unused room still in the (flimsy) cardboard packaging. Come fitting time there were many damaged tiles. Initially the tiler thought they could just be used in cuts. Ultimately, we were still 2 boxes short even though I had ordered a spare box. Easy Bathrooms customer service refused to cover the damage as more than 30 days had passed. I purchased early based on information given to me by the sales person. Up Shot , I have been charged in excess of 90 for tiles to finish the job. I visited our normal tile supplier and he informed me that they no longer stock large format rectified ceramic (non porcelain) tiles due to there extreme fragility. I imagine Easy Bathrooms will also be aware of this but aren't willing to face the music when the fragility rears its head. We are a small private property development company and opened a trade account and this was our first order. Needless to say we wont be returning under principle. The store assistant was suprised that customer services would be willing to lose our business over a paltry 90 when (quote) 'we are a multi million pound business'. Best avoided , there are better suppliers often on same retail/industrial parks.

AVOID. The most difficult business to deal with. We ordered a downstairs bathroom suite but I accidently ordered the wrong size sink. I asked that we could return the sink and taps for another size but was advised these items were a "special order" from Burlington and this wasn't possible. We contacted Burlington directly to see if they could take the items back as we were ordering new items from them and they said this was absolutely fine but it needed to come back through Easy Bathrooms. When we told Easy Bathrooms about this they didn't believe us and said we needed to prove it in an email. We proved it with an email from Burlington who were asking for the PO number from Easy Bathrooms so they could process the refund. After several emails with no reply and countless phone calls Easy Bathrooms have now said that they refuse to give us the PO number. Absolutely awful customer service and I am left with purchasing two sinks and taps.
