I couldn't of asked for anything more from the team in Hedge End, fantastic support from start to finish. my property went to the market promptly! With the open days planned in made it very easy for me to know when people were coming round to my house, off the back of the open days they got me multiple offers and got me more for the property than i expected! could not recommend them enough!

From the moment I enquired about the sale of my property, to the day of exchange and completion, I could not have been happier with Fox and Sons. After a few issues selling through the housing company on my shared ownership property, I had someone visiting, pictures taken and uploaded onto their website within 24 hours. Viewings began within days, and multiple offers within a week. Once the sale had been confirmed, Izzy was fantastic in keeping me up to date with all information, replying to emails instantly, and putting my mind at ease with all questions I had throughout the delayed process (not fox and sons fault). Not only did Izzy reply to all emails and questions promptly, she was always at the other end of the phone to chase things from all parties with such a friendly and calming manner. Thank you for making what could have been a difficult experience, much easier for me :). I could not recommend Izzy at Fox and sons enough.

I really couldn't of asked for anything more from the team. The sale of my property ran into complications and the above and beyond effort that went into solving the issues along with chasing all the parties involved was admirable. Goergia and Izzy..... I applaud you both!!

From start to finish selling our home through the hedge end branch was effortless, regular feedbacks after visits, special shout out to Izzy who made regular contact with myself, our buyers and solicitors which helped keep us all informed as things progressed. Would recommend and use again ( though I dont plan on moving anytime again soon!)
