My wife booked our car in to have a diagnostic run and fix the issue with the tpms sensors which had caused it to fail the MOT. Then took the car in this morning just after 9am as informed this was a good time to look at it. Come 11:30am she rang the garage and was told it hadn't been looked at yet and wouldn't be till after 1pm due to MOTs booked. NOT what she was told on Saturday morning at the time of booking. My wife explained she had been waiting and that she had to be able to collect our child from school at 3pm and that this was not very well communicated prior. The woman on the phone said if my wife didn't like it she can come and get her key's. Shocking service from this business that we've used for the last few years. My wife collected the keys and said she was not impressed but he woman just gave the keys and went back in the office and shut the door. Awful customer service

Autotune service & mot my car & mot my motorbike, reading the review below I,m saddened to hear the criticism & am sure with hindsight both parties regret the encounter. I,ve not used a better more friendly & competent garage but am aware that the Director Mark's surprise passing will of left a huge void as he was I believe also 50% of the staff too so being left with the business to run & bookings/bills/wages a busy mechanic etc must of been a daunting experience & those early days of reopening must of been so difficult for his wife & staff on all levels. Added to this the family lost their son a few years before so a nightmare scenario in anyones circumstances. I called today to book my car in & am so pleased the business is still there. Service: Oil change

I've been using this garage for a few years now too MOT my motorbikes. Absolutely superb and really fast service, also I managed to get my bike MOT 'd last minute once.
