Lexus Hedge End

Originally "just looking" at various manufacturers but Robin wowed us with his knowledge and quickly found the Lexus models that suited our budget and needs. He was very thorough and made the process simple. Robin also explained very clearly the details and advantages of the maintenance plan, GAP insurance, etc which gave us confidence to commit to this. It was a very positive experience and Lexus and Robin will be our first choice going forward for our car needs.

We collected our third Lexus at the weekend, really straightforward and pain-free process managed expertly by David Brooks. The whole experience of purchasing a Lexus is so easy. Just walking into the showroom is a pleasure. All staff are so friendly and helpful, it really seems like they are a family which makes us feel comfortable . Agi has helped us through the process for 3 cars now and been very patient, making sure we had the right car for us. No hard sell, just excellent customer service. The cars are beautiful inside and out. Our UX hybrid is a joy to drive and really comfortable. Lots of gadgets which we love and actually use. We would highly recommend this showroom and Lexus cars. Cant praise them highly enough.

Having recently been disappointed by my current car dealership I decided to look at a new Volvo and a new Lexus. I must admit the welcome we received by Lee Connery at Lexus Hedge End, and the dealership in general was excellent. Lee arranged for us to look at our chosen vehicle there and then and a test drive within 30 minutes. 45 minutes later the deal was struck and we now eagerly await the arrival of our car later this year. Lee was polite, informative and highly efficient. If Lee is a measure of the customer service we can expect, we'll be looking to own Lexus models for a long time to come. Highly recommended.
