Did a shocking job on my floor in 2020 and, when asked to carry out remedial work, advised they dont have sufficient tradesmen to carry out the work. Joke company.

Avoid like the plague... if you have the option. We had several issues with flooring in our Bellway new build home and unfortunately Designer Contracts Southern Counties were the appointed contractor for these works. Poor communication (which did improve over time), generally poor workmanship which led to the initial problems and then issues which had to be rectified again, and several missed appointments to attend the property, some with zero notice at all. Use of subcontractors who seemingly do what they want with no consequences. Really poor service and no genuine effort to ever rectify the situation despite plenty of chances.
