        Standard new build properties with some outside space

        The owner of this land ensured that the property developers could only build a certain amount of houses ensuring that not only are the houses beautiful but that nature could co exist, seeing deer, his flock of sheep, owls bats etc didn't have their habitats stolen, like so many other developments
