I have used Browns Hair Lounge on four occasions. Twice for a hair consultation, once for a shampoo and blow dry and once for colouring and highlighting. Initially nervous - this is a European hair salon and I have 4B Afro hair - I had nothing to worry about. Keith, my stylist (and magician), took the time to ask me about my hair history, health and goals and together we settled on a course of action. In colouring, he was meticulous - not just in the colouring itself - but in his advice prior to. The colour I originally wanted was unobtainable without severe damage to my hair and he worked through that with me - we were able to achieve a stunning result and more importantly, my hair is glossy and healthy, whether straightened or in its natural curly state.
