Professional, efficient and reliable service. Came out at a weekend at short notice to fix a boiler which had broken in very cold weather. Turned up on time and went straight to work. Explained the problem and resolved it leaving it fully working. Checked the following day to make sure that all was working well. Very reasonable price for a weekend call out. Would highly recommend and will use again.

Steve is extremely unprofessional. He made us feel awkward in our own house and made it difficult to ask him any questions in regards to our heating. He was being extremely unprofessional with his colleague and when confronted about it, was very aggressive and rude. I never write negative reviews but believed a review of Steve was absolutely necessary. Would avoid at all costs.

If it was possible to leave zero stars, that is what STEVE would get. Rude, unprofessional and sexist. It is extremely hard to view him as a professional when he considers it appropriate to shout at paying customers because they are 'girls.' Don't hold you breath with their one-star reviewed services. You'd be better off googling how to fix your heating problems.

Steve and his apprentice replaced my elderly mother's heating boiler and was very efficient, professional and kind. We are very happy with the service he provided and also thought his prices were fair.
