        First time at this KFC and found the good to fresh and tasty. It was very busy but the staff were friendly and helpful. My only complaint, the lift was not working and there was No help from the manager.

        Ordered a Toasted Wrap Meal......( with fries and drink ) I don't drink fizzy drinks so wanted a coffee, the coffee machine wasn't working so offered a bottle of orange juice, which I was charged extra for!! When I opened the wrap it was NOT toasted, when I took it to the counter I was informed that the toaster wasn't working!! If I had known these 2 things on ordering I would have gone elsewhere!!!
