        Delivery dates are never correct and items on back order take 3+months when at time of order it said 3weeks. Wouldn't trust to use again.

        Took in an European power supply and very helpful member of staff patiently worked out for me their equivalent, and when it arrived the next day it was exactly what I needed. Well done RS components

        I can't fault their product range but the ordering prpcedure is a pain especially if you're a forgetful occasional user. They need a password AND a username (why?) is a pain. I made a policy decision recently to use Amazon as little as possible but on this occasion, they will deliver a day earllier than RS, the login is easier..... and they're cheaper. No brainer.
