This morning decide to take the parents for a quick breakfast whilst shopping. They ordered the Eggs Benedict. Was very surprised to be served two portions of rather plain looking two small eggs on a toasted slice of house bread. No dressings, no garnish, cold plates, no presentation, left rather wanting. Not the standard you would expect from M&S.

Management of cafe is totally out of it's depth and the staff are drowning. Only one cafe out of two open at 3pm Saturday leaving a queue 30 minutes long. 2 members of staff trying desperately to make coffee and take payment. Manager finally decided to help their staff by being rude to customers. Get some more staff and treat your colleagues and customers with some respect. Won't be returning.
