Very fast transaction to take my deposit for when I am buying their car but very slow at giving refund on my deposit. Could have spoken to me nicely like when you did the car was being sold to me. When I talked about refund wasn't understanding of where I was coming from at all. A non refundable deposit if I didn't buy the car... but I did buy the car so why am I being treated like I'm stupid for asking where my deposit refund was?.

They took a distinctly dodgy old vehicle and fixed it. Complete with a smile and plenty of advice about driving it and looking after it on my way to Kyiv on a humanitarian mission. Thanks all of you!

Customer care is brilliant, first visit had a bit of a wait but was welcomed and given a cuppa. Wait time was reasonable as I was earlier than expected but Steve still apologised for the delay (no need, but appreciated). I hired a sweet little Polo VW, surprisingly for a smaller car it still had plenty of room, my 6ft+ son was comfortable and didn't look like we'd wedged him in! It was quite economical, only needed 1 fill up then a little top up, to return at end of hire period. Steve Jones, the sales/support assistant could not have done more or been more helpful. He really is a star. Once I explained my situation he came up with a car that fit my needs and was affordable. I was able to extend my hire period as I needed to, which has been very useful. Steve explained the whole hire process and didn't rush through it, made sure I was comfortable with it and understood what I was signing. Once out to the car, Steve talked me through where and what the controls are for, checked if I had any more questions,then left me to it! "just inside if I need anything! '. Not hiring cars very often it was nice to be able to get this level of service, a clear explanation, any and all questions answered and a reasonably priced small hire car, that isn't cramped with a level of service second to none based on the experiences I have had. Will I go back? Most definitely! Would I recommend? 100% yes

I test drove a car & although I made a different choice, I found Roy an excellent sales adviser & very knowledgeable in his field. A credit to his company.
