        DO NOT USE GOOGLE PAY HERE ! THEY CANT REFUND YOU AND IT TOOK HOURS .! THEY NEED TO UPDATE THEIR SYSTEM .THEY DO NOT UPDATE SYSTEMS HERE .. TOOK THEM 10 YEARS TO GO CONTACTLESS NOT IMPRESSED ! WAISTED MY TIME ! NEEDS SORTING OUT

        Poor management/ store manager. Not keeping stock levels correct between store and online. Who ever is in charge of stock take is not doing their job. CEO was instore and the other day and he didn't seem to care or checking process were in order. Obviously poor at the top. Staff on the floor are helpful people at the top not listening to the people on the shop floor.
