WPG Lettings

From the very first phone call to Tom he was enthusiastic and proactive in taking on my property to let. After many attempts with other companys being very poor I have settled with Tom at WPG lettings to deal with the rental and management of my properties. He has been fantastic throughout, keeping me updated every step of the way from viewings all the way to the check in appointment. Tom has been managing my property for 2 years now. I was delighted with his first class service offered at the start which has been maintained throughout our entire dealings. I have found him to be extremely helpful and his communication has been flawless. The blend of professionalism and personal courtesy was remarkable. No matter when I called up and no matter how many times he will get back to answer any queries . His relaxed, friendly and approachable manner gives me great confidence for the future if I should require further support or invest in further properties. I was a tenant of Tom Watson at Watson Property Group for many years. He was helpful, responsive, professional, knowledgeable, and I built a great relationship with him. He would trouble shoot issues immediately and he is a polite and friendly person going out of his way to get things sorted as soon as he could. Had WPG out to value our property for a potential rental. Images taken were of a professional standard, and Tom appeared to have sound knowledge of process, legislation, and the local market. We ended up selling the property via a separate route, however based on this experience, I would recommend WPG if you're considering renting a property out!
