Houghton staff were amazing and very quick to resolve my issue. They were made aware of the issue on Monday and I had a new pair of boots by the Wednesday

We went back for a body protector fitting, the staff were super helpful with the fitting and super nice which always helps.
Popped back in today for boots and a new baselayer, again staff super helpful.
Super shop.
Note: if going for a body protector fitting there is a 20 fee if you don't buy a protector from them after the fitting.
Updated 23/02/23. Popped in with daughter for new base layer. Sale was on, some decent reductions.
